Rules | Pistols must be returned to the ready position – elbows at the side and pistol pointing down range before the target turns.

Course of Fire
Practice 1 | @ 25 metres, 6 shots on left hand target in 15 seconds |
Practice 2 | @ 20 metres, six shots three on the left and three on the right in 10 seconds |
Practice 3 | @ 15 metres, 6 shots, turning targets will make 3 appearances of 3 seconds with an away time of between 5 and 7 seconds, two shots to be fired at at each appearance. |
Practice 4 | @10 metres, 6 shots, 3 on each target in 6 seconds overall |
