The AGM date has been set for the 8th October 2026. The club’s constitution states all members must make a minimum of 6 shooting related visits per club year. This includes Shooting, RO’ing and helping as range staff / RSOs.
If you have not yet managed to do 6 visits this year, there are under 2 months left to get them in. If you are unlikely to be able to make 6 visits due to health reasons or some other very significant life event, then please email either the Chairman, Secretary or Membership Secretary and ask for an exemption.
If you do not get 6 visits in a club year and do not have an exemption, you will not be able to renew your membership. To regain your membership, you may have to re-do the probationers course and probationary period.
