The club’s minimum visits requirement for membership renewal has been temporarily reduced to 5 from 6 in light of the closure in July but will otherwise be enforced. As the club was able to open 3 days a week from mid August through to now the limit will not be reduced further. These visits must be completed before the AGM on November 10th, when the next membership year commences.
Members not meeting this requirement will need to reapply and redo the probationary process. The committee has some scope to reduce the steps required to rejoin if extenuating circumstances apply but this scope is tied to the number of visits made.
